I ordered these flowers for someone. They requested the recipient’s name / phone number. I specifically requested them not to notify the recipient. They received a text message anyways, ruining the surprise. In hindsight I should have given a different phone number, but it just seems a bit unprofessional to not follow the instructions. I had no issues with the quality of flowers or delivery itself, they did a good job with that.
